Arash received his BS degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University. He then went to Los Angles where he completed his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. Arash is now a physical therapist in Los Angeles, California working with the orthopedic and sports population. The Prehab Guys provides resources that teach people how to take control of their own health through online physical therapy.
