David is the Clinic Director at Ivy Rehab Libertyville, and Area Director overseeing the Lindenhurst and Lake Zurich locations. He has been treating in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over 15 years and believes that physical therapy should be personal, comprehensive, and an all-around positive experience from start to finish. He has always based his treatment philosophy on providing the best care by treating the whole patient, and is proud to work alongside his Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy colleagues in providing an exceptional experience for everyone involved in patient care.

Since graduating from Marquette University in May of 2004, his career path has allowed him to gain a deeper knowledge and appreciation for a wide variety of diagnoses. He has worked closely with internal medicine physicians and world renowned orthopedic surgeons to ensure the best outcomes for his patients, and is proud to consider himself a ?head-to-toe? clinician. His coursework and clinical experience enable him to treat anything from vertigo, headaches, and general joint pain, to total joint replacements, complex spinal injuries, and post-surgical sports medicine.

He is passionate about rehabilitation and incorporates a friendly, energetic, and functional approach with an emphasis on manual therapy. He appreciates that every individual is unique and their treatment plan should be as well.

In addition to his clinical experience, he continues to play competitive soccer after 34 years, he enjoys participating in the annual Shamrock Shuffle, and is always willing to jump in on a game of sand volleyball. He understands that getting patients back to the activities they love is always a necessary component in their complete care.
