If you enjoy interaction with other people and want to be a part of a team, you should opt for sports like lacrosse or field hockey. Those activities require you to be in sync with other people on the field. But if you prefer individual performance, you should consider such sports as tennis, gymnastics, swimming, and wrestling. However, what to do if you don’t like organized sports at all? You can try other physical activities mentioned below. 

For example, if you enjoyed scaling trees while being a child, you should try rock climbing. Besides, it offers one of the best all-around workouts for your arms, shoulders, back, abs, and legs. If you want to spend time in nature, you can take a hike or go to a local trail. But note that intense multi-day hikes are better to do with someone more experienced and trained.

You can find new challenges in water activities, such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, wakeboarding, water skiing and windsurfing. There are plenty of options that can match your levels of skill and energy. However, if you want to relax after the whole day of classes, try yoga. It can also strengthen you physically and mentally. Yoga improves flexibility, balance, and stamina, while enhancing mental clarity and easing anxiety. 

Whatever you decide, make sure you have the proper equipment. Sports and other physical activities can become too vigorous, which may result in accidents.
