He received his initial education from Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, IL in 2004, where he continues to lecture annually.? He immediately pursued additional training and fellowship through GIFTTM at Gray Institute, becoming a faculty member, and a Gray Institute Educator for 3D MAPSTM (Movement Analysis and Performance System), ACR (Anterior Chain Reaction) and CAFS (Certification of Applied Functional ScienceTM).

Rich?s proficiency in clinical practice and education includes sports medicine, orthopedic pre, and post-surgical rehabilitation, injury prevention, women?s and men?s health, and he is recognized for functionally rehabilitating the mind, body and spirit of the male and female ?athlete?.
