We know it?s hard to be a ?fun? person when you?re stressed out and sleep-deprived. Western culture has lost its focus on the interconnectedness between the mind and body and how each has the power to affect the other. When you engage your mind in any workout, your body thanks you by becoming stronger.

Midtown offers a variety of classes from Yoga, to mat and reformer Pilates, all designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, while reducing stress. Classes are held in Zen-inspired Mind and Body studios. Their?instructors can help you move beyond the concept of physical fitness as separate from mental fitness and toward a lifelong program of good health through mind and body synergy.
